National Office of Development

3rd Quarter 2025

Dear Friends of Scouting,

I’m Ryan Elias, and earlier this summer I was honored to join Scouting America as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. After nearly two decades in higher education philanthropy, I’m thrilled to be part of this storied movement—helping Scouting programs grow and continue changing lives across the country.

This has been an inspiring year for Scouting America. Across the nation, our volunteers, supporters, and staff are creating life-changing opportunities for young people. In this edition of Infinite Pathways, you’ll find powerful stories of transformation—where youth overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and begin charting their futures—even to professional sports.

Each story reflects the enduring power of Scouting, the extraordinary dedication of our volunteers, and the difference you make through your generosity.

Thank you for believing in this mission. Together, we are building a stronger future—empowering the next generation with confidence, character, and purpose.

Yours in Scouting,
